My Petrol Chainsaw will not tension the chain correctly

This model uses a tensioning knob and wheel system.

1. Disengage the chain brake.
2. Pull out the adjustment knob lever and turn anti-clockwise to loosen slightly.
3. Use the tensioning wheel to adjust the chain tension.
4. Turn clockwise to tighten and anti-clockwise to loosen.
5. Re-secure the side cover by tightening the adjustment knob.
