Modified on Thu, 11 Jun at 11:14 AM

Overview

If your cordless blower vac is not operating as expected, checking the battery and charger is a good first step. Ensuring the battery is charged correctly and that the charger is functioning properly can help identify and resolve common power-related issues.

For best performance, always use the original 20V battery pack and charger supplied with your product.

Before You Begin

Please ensure:

  • The battery is fully charged before first use.
  • The mains voltage matches the rating shown on the charger's label.
  • Only the original 20V battery pack is used with the charger.
  • The battery is removed from the charger once fully charged.

How to Charge and Check the Battery

Step 1: Connect the Charger

  • Plug the charger into a suitable mains power outlet.
  • The red LED indicator on the charger should illuminate, confirming that power is being supplied.

Step 2: Insert the Battery

  • Align the raised ribs on the battery pack with the grooves in the charger.
  • Slide the battery into the charger until it is fully seated.

Step 3: Check the Charging Indicators

  • The red LED will remain illuminated.
  • The green LED will begin flashing, indicating that the battery is charging.

Step 4: Allow the Battery to Charge Fully

  • Leave the battery connected until charging is complete.
  • Charging times may vary depending on the battery's current charge level.

Step 5: Confirm Full Charge

  • Once charging is complete, the green LED will remain solid.
  • This indicates that the battery is fully charged and ready for use.

Step 6: Remove the Battery

  • Press the battery release button.
  • Carefully remove the battery pack from the charger.
