The cutting blade noise on my Amiro 400i is too loud

Modified on Fri, 30 Apr, 2021 at 10:48 AM

You may be experiencing some louder cutting noises from your Amiro after a bit of use, this may be due to some of the screws holding your blade carrier in place have come loose. Addressing these concerns is pretty simple and requires the unit to be powered off and placed with its blades facing the sky so you can get a clear view underneath.

  1. First please remove the 3 screws holding the blade carrier on then place the blade carrier to one side.
  2. Upon taking the carrier off you will get full visibility of the silver blade adapter which the carrier was mounted onto. Rotate this around until you see some grub screws.
  3. Please tighten these grub screws there will either be two or one to tighten. Please do this with a small flat head screwdriver.
  4. Reattach the blade carrier and test out the lawnmower. You should see a reduction in noise.

Tip: While underneath your Amiro check for any damage or defects to the blade as this is the most common reason why it may be making so much noise. Please have these replaced if damage to the blade is noticed.

If you are still having an issue with your product please don't hesitate to reach out to our team via our live chat, after performing the above checks.
